Join the Lee’s Summit Symphony for an unforgettable evening filled with pride, honor, and the stirring melodies that define our great nation. From soul-stirring anthems to rousing marches, this concert will take you on a musical journey through the heart and soul of our beloved country.
The orchestra will be showcasing compositions that have shaped America’s cultural heritage including Dudley Buck’s Star Spangled Banner; Dartmoor, 1912 from “War Horse” by John Williams; Armed Forces Salute accompanied by a color guard, Oklahoma Skies by Kirt Mosier; Wild Skies by Michael Markowski and many more. Tickets may be purchased online at lssymphony.org/tickets or at either Lee’s Summit Hy-Vee and at Price Chopper at Raintree Lake and Lakewood. This concert is suitable for all ages and youth Pre-K through sixth grade get in free with an adult paid admission. Student tickets (7th grade through college) are available at the door or online.
